Early history from 1950. NATIONAL COMPANY GAMA - production of school supplies, office supplies, plastic mechanical toys, medical products, formation of 21 trading companies, factories and establishments.
1989
Opening of the first plant TRHOVÉ SVINY in clean rooms according to GMP - TÜV (Management service product service), start of production of 1 ml syringes.
1993
GAMA GROUP a.s. - The establishment of the JIMRAMOV plant with production in ISO class 8 clean rooms according to ČSN EN ISO 14 644-1, the main focus on the design, development, production of medical devices and the provision of EO sterilization.
1998
GAMEDIUM spol. s.r.o. - part of GAMA GROUP a.s. as the main distributor for the Czech Republic. Receiving the TÜV Munich certificate.
2007
GAMA GROUP is part of the KOH-I-NOOR holding a.s. group.
2014
Total of 4 plants (Jimramov, Dalečín, Trhové Sviny, Litomyšl) and 2 subsidiaries Gamedium and GAMA IMAGING, s. r. o.
2017
Construction of a brand new modern logistics warehouse at the Jimramov plant.

New sterilization chamber - deployment of new chamber securing sterile products production.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
GAMA GROUP a.s. is engaged in the field of shaping of plastic materials, focusing on development and production of medical devices, laboratory and veterinary products. At present, the production profile can be divided into three categories.
The first category is involved in development and production of medical devices under "GAMA" trademark with the main focus on the markets of the Czech Republic and Slovakia where the products are traditional because of their high quality.
The second category is growing OEM production and custom manufacturing and we offer high professionalism, quality and flexibility to our customers according to "your experience" motto.
The third category is non-medical production. The main technologies include injection, blow moulding, injection blow moulding, extrusion, thermal shaping and welding of products from plastic materials including assembly and packing for different kinds of customers.
